Safety operating procedures for die-cutting machines
、 During working hours, pay close attention, strictly follow operating procedures, and ensure safe operation.
、 Accurately determine the positioning of foam strips. Ensure that the die-cut product is the same as the template, and that the pattern meets the layout requirements.
、 The formwork must be placed on the pallet. Adjust the placement angle according to the production situation.
、 Carefully adjust the die cutting gap. Before adjustment, place the clearance between the die cutting shafts in a sufficiently large amount. According to the thickness of the cardboard, adjust the adjustment wheels on both sides synchronously and gradually fine tune until the cardboard is cut off.
、 Before production, check whether the conveyor belt is moderately and evenly tightened.
、 Convert to automatic or manual die cutting according to production needs. When manually turning on, the mind is highly focused. Signal to colleagues on the same crew every time you move. When adjusting the self-propelled range, pay attention to the length of the workbench. Prevent the pallet from rushing out of the workbench.
、 Before starting up, check if there are any personnel working inside and outside the machine. Remove all miscellaneous items from the workbench. Say hello to the same crew members and prepare to start the machine.
、 During the operation, all personnel should cooperate carefully and pay attention to safety. Do not touch moving parts with your hands, do not touch buttons casually, and do not stand in the direction of the template operation.
、 Before production, trial production should be conducted in advance. Continuously inspect multiple products, fold them into shape, and confirm that they meet the standards before proceeding with formal production. During the production process, pay attention to observation. Arrange neatly with the back facing upwards. Fold the semi-finished product into shape and inspect it every five minutes. Stop the machine and adjust it promptly if there are any problems.
、 Regularly check whether each component is worn or does not meet the requirements. If there are any problems, repair or replace them in a timely manner.
、 Pay attention to machine maintenance and lubrication. 1. Regularly lubricate the transmission gear. Add oil daily to the sliding sleeves at both ends of the upper die cutting shaft; 3. Run the bearings for maintenance every six months to a year, and fill them with calcium based grease.
、 Keep the die-cutting shaft clean. The lower shaft is often wiped with engine oil.
、 End of production, cut off power supply.
、 Before starting up, wipe the machine first. Keep hands clean. After production is completed, clean the area around the machine.
